Hi Ben,
I want to make my own fitness dvd (for less $$)! And I may start with some type of giveaway just to get the product out there. Idea: sell something on Amazon.com and include your "free" fitness dvd along with the regular order - the ask for feedback. Include a follow-up email or website they can go to - to access more of what you have to offer. Mmmmm just a thought. I really don't know. I'm searching for a way to create and market my own fitness dvds and a my own website.

Hi Ben,
Stumbled upon your site as I was searching for good fitness marketing information and ideas. There is a lot of good info here and I appreciate your generosity in giving it away. My dream is to be like you! I am starting up a fitness business offering bootcamps, personal training (online and offline) and I would also like to create training products in the future. It is so exciting yet it seems like such a massive undertaking. I would really really appreciate any advice for a total newbie.

Peace from the far east,
Jason

Have a mechanism that collects their name & address so you can market backend offers to them, If you do not have any back end product, sign up for an affilliate account with clickbank or paydotcom, make sure you include a short note in the package with the DVD's telling them that the product compliment yours & why they should buy.

Not every one will buy, continually follow up with them by email & whatever other ways you can
