Yet another function missing from iPhones and present in pretty much every other decent phone out there. Though perhaps in a couple of years Apple will finally wake up and present us with a “new and unique” function of, say, iCording. Video calls anyone? :/

This does work, thanks so much! Steve is right though that the phone output (the other person on the line talking) goes into the Zoom recorder and can’t be heard. However, if you just plug headphones into the “phones/lines out”jack you will be able to hear what the person on the other line is saying. Then, speak into the mouthpiece of the iphone normally.

In theory it works however when you plug the AV cable into the iPhone it cuts out the output from the headset speaker and directs it to the AV cable. So, if the recorder records the voice from the iPhone caller and records the person being called the iPhone user cannot hear his voice or the voice of the person being called… Makes for a very awkward call. The only way around it is to record using the speaker phone, which has at best fair call quality… And if you were going to record a call using the speaker phone on the iPhone you could just record everything off the speaker phone w/ out any cables at all.

i dont know why more people dont use them but for about 100 bucks u can get a few hundred minutes with the company called recordiapro that uses the busy forwarding feature to record incoming calls on demand. outbound recording is just like a calling card- calls are saved as mp3 and downloadable from their site

Hey Ben,
Thanks for this 3 step process. I currently have a website (it’s decent) and a blog for my boot camps. I’m developing a couple different online marketing products that will of course need separate long copy sales page sites to get customers. But for the blog, do I just keep my central blog and then integrate all the other facets of my products/services to that blog?

I want to make my own fitness dvd (for less $$)! And I may start with some type of giveaway just to get the product out there. Idea: sell something on Amazon.com and include your “free” fitness dvd along with the regular order – the ask for feedback. Include a follow-up email or website they can go to – to access more of what you have to offer. Mmmmm just a thought. I really don’t know. I’m searching for a way to create and market my own fitness dvds and a my own website.

I am meeting with an administrator at a Clinic to discuss starting a pilot wellness program. I worked at a small business for a year doing one-on-one training and employee wellness (salary position). I believe I was compensated properly the first few months but at the end of the year realized I was greatly underpaid. This is partly why I’m moving on to another company. I believe this clinic has the funds to pay me appropriatly. My question for you is, how do I figure a salary for wellness and personal training at such a large company? I want to charge per session for one-on-one and per person for group sessions. To start, they will not have a workout facility but will in about a year or two. For now they would have me train in unused office space. Could you give me any advice on how to propose my services to them based on your experiences working in corporate wellness? Thanks so much!

Thanks for sharing this craigslist ad. I’ve been wanting to make ads like these for some time.

How did you actually make the ad/image? what program did you use? The craigslist ads I’ve done have been only text. I like the red handwriting you use.
